    Description

Vet bring back - - 100 years in a cigar box.  Original WWI Prussian Infantry rank collar button for Corporal (gefreiter). It depicts the Imperial Prussian crowned eagle, holding scepter and orb.  Shows FR in the center of the eagle's chest, for Frederic Rex, the Emperor Frederick Wilhelm of Germany (until the end of WW1).
Condition is very good with strong button shank.  There is no maker mark on the rear.  This is plated in silver, and shows an attractive bit of scuffing from field use.  Salty, as they say.
Size is 7/8".  Shipped with USPS First Class.  Combine shipping with other items.
